Tea and coffee machine rental is how you get a machine installed at your location without buying it. In this model you pay no rent in the usual sense: the upfront cost is 0 ₺, the machine and consumables belong to CoffeeVar, and you provide the space and take a share of every sale.

The contract runs for two years with monthly payouts. Sales are visible live in the online panel — no waiting for a month-end report, and the share calculation is transparent.
Example Calculation
A point selling 30–60 cups a day at an average price of 80–120 ₺ generates up to 90,000 ₺ in monthly revenue. The location owner’s share of 20% comes to roughly 18,000 ₺ a month, with no costs carried.
The figures depend on how busy the point is. Before installation we count footfall and produce a realistic estimate — we do not make inflated promises, because an idle machine is a loss for both sides.
Why Tea and Coffee Together
Under a rental agreement, what the unit sells directly determines your share. In Türkiye a coffee-only machine loses the customer who wanted tea — and at factories, schools and public buildings tea demand is higher than coffee.
